The kitchen features electric cooking, a microwave, big family size two door fridge and the added bonus of a dishwasher.
Should it be required the area is heated by a wood fired heater.
A CTV & VCR are provided. This living area opens onto a large elevated deck area that overlooks the large rear garden. A gas BBQ is situated here.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and has its own en suite bathroom.
Bedroom two has a queen bed whilst bedroom three has two single beds.
There is a staircase from the family room to a lower level that comprises two large rooms, one has a double bed and a set of bunks.

The bathroom has a shower over a full size bath.
The toilet is separate.

The laundry has an automatic washing machine, and a dryer.

This home is supplied by tank water and waste is handled by a septic system. For this reason there are limitations on the facilities and it is request that the maximum number of guests allowed is determined by the sleeping accommodation provided. It is not permissible for additional guests to be housed in tents, caravans etc.
